Dear Julie,
I wanted to send you and Mark our very sincere thanks for making our rehearsal dinner such a wonderful occasion. The food was fantastic, just as we expected. We were also delighted by the professional, efficient service. The presentation was lovely, there was always plenty of food, and we were so happy to have no dishes to wash at the end of the night.
My mother is a great cook and a perfectionist, so she had intially planned to do all the cooking and serving herself. When we convinced her that we would all enjoy ourselves more if we had caterers, she was nervous, but we all agree now that it was a fantastic idea to have the event catered, especially by the Cuisine of Mark Connolly. We wouldn't have changed a thing, and my mom and I are already thinking of other events that we can ask you to cater next summer!
If a bride or other event organizer needs a reference for the Cuisine of Mark Connolly in the future, please do not hesitate to give them my email address. My husband, my parents, and I would all be delighted to share our very high opinion of your work.
